those of you commenting should make sure you know the whole story before you beat this deputy down. I was the first person to respond to this accident (im a LVN) and speed was not a factor...it was a horrible accident in which this deputy was terribly upset for being at fault. My heart goes out to the bikers family...im a biker as well and it saddens me to lose a fellow biker. My heart and prayers also go out to this deputy and his family...losing someone is hard but all of you should consider how horrible it is to live with causing the loss of a life!
