I don't know the deputy involved, but was a close friend of the gentleman who died as a result of this tragic accident. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to my dear friend's family, to the deputy and his family. As of now, this appears to be just a horribly tragic accident. And, should the investigation later lead to some other conclusion, both families still deserve everyone's sympathy and understanding. Unfortunately nothing will bring my friend back and nor lighten the terrible suffering this deputy must be going through. Again, my sympathy to all involved.
