oh remember the wilmington police officer that got killed on a way to call because of a box laying in the road and they blamed his death on the guy they were pursuing..now, that the criminal they were pursuing in New hanover county didnt get misdeamnor death by vehicle but yet this cop caused someone's death responding to a call, shouldnt the same applied in this case?
