7 wounded in early morning shooting at Chapel Hill club

CHAPEL HILL (AP) -- Authorities are investigating an early morning shooting that wounded seven people at a Chapel Hill nightclub.

The shooting happened around 1 a.m. at Visions Night Club.

Chapel Hill Police Capt. Bob Overton says authorities don't know how many shots were fired or how many people were shooting.

Police say that three people, including two security guards, were taken to University of North Carolina Hospitals.

Four others were taken to Duke Hospital. Police say none of the injuries are considered to be life-threatening.
