Vog, I will say your post is one of the best I have seen. I just don't understand how the tax payers spending 36M and only receiving 10m back in rent over 20 years is a good investment. I don’t think there is a single council member that would run their busy that way.
I say let the investors invest in the property there and pay taxes on it. That will help the City more than a ball park. If this was a good investment you would have investor lined up wanting a piece of the pie.
