Blackwater is extremely effective at what they do. They were contracted to protect our diplomatic personnel and so far, we have not lost a single one. This is a really difficult concept for Congress and civilians to grasp, but when you're traveling around the Badlands you occasionally have to shoot a few outlaws. We seem to have developed a bizarre taste for court martialing our military men and indicting contractors who are over there doing exactly what we want them to do.
