So if he shot the horses, why can't he be treated like he treated the horses. Maybe he should be shot just like the one horse that died except he should live and then as punishment for the remaining two horses that had to be euthanized, he should be euthanized. I know it seems cruel to suggest we do to criminals what they have done to their victims but was not their act cruel.If we start doing this to criminals, maybe, just maybe, they might think a second time before they do some of the things they do if they realize that their punishment will be to have the vary same thing done to them.
