Just because the cop was rear ended doesn't mean it wasn't his fault. Maybe he was reversing out of a parking lot/driveway into the street... Maybe the police officer was stopped in the middle of the street with no lights on.... You weren't there, how would you know who is at fault? Maybe the cop was driving in reverse the wrong way down a one way street... I guess you know everything.
