The cab parking places were already designated and marked as a tow away zone. WPD / NHSO have NOT enforced this. So the parking places are marked, so what? Just a waste of paint. Wonder what it would be like if law enforcement actually did their jobs? It seems they would rather talk about a lack of cabs. WWAY, follow this to see what if anything changes.
