That comment doesn't even make sense. A lot of "lelandites" work in Wilmington to provide services to you, your family, and your friends. We also provide a lot of business that allows you, your family, and your friends to stay employed during these difficult times. The bridge is a problem, there is no doubt about that--but charging someone a fee just for living outside of wilmington is not the answer.
