i was a social worker in Fayetteville when the murders took place. I had the haymount area and the apts. and rooming houses where the hippies lived. Helena Stockley was one of them. when I made my home visits I heard the talk of what had had happened and how Helena and her friends were responsible for the killing of that family. I ,also read every report in the Fayetteville paper at that time and was shocked when I learned that the jury did not hear so much of the testimony.I just hope that the remaining years of Jeffreys life he will be a free man.
