Research has shown that cell phones emit more radiation while there is low signal strength.The phone has to work harder to reach far away towers. Anyone who lives in the Ogden area, especially middle sound loop, knows signal strength is weak to non existent depending on their provider. So the addition of a cell tower would reduce the harm of cell phones, and if big lots is in your back yard you already have a crappy view anyway.
