How's that HOPE and CHANGE thing working out for yaw? Closures on 1 of America's greatest freedoms, sometimes 7 to 8 mos at a time? You can't even go down to the creek without a marine biologist to identify the fish, an accountant to keep track of the number of the fish you have caught, and a safety specialist on board to make sure you have not violated the
1- Coast Guards rules

3 NCWRC- NC wildlife resources rules
4 BCLEO- Brunswick County Law Enforcement Rules
And possibly Homeland Security, Tsa's and god knows who else's rules just to go fishin, I need a new hobby!
