Went out to the waterway today with my husband, who begrudgingly got his license. I was just messing around with the rod and reel that had seized up for him, amusing myself catching some crabs. He saw a boat that looked like the game and fish folks and he told me to drop the pole just in case. Dm I couldn't have casted out anyhow but I got paranoid and said I'm done and wanted to go home. Can I attach some twine to a stick or do I need a specified license for that?!
