Fishing...

It's absolutely ridiculous to have to buy a license to fish on our coastal waters. Possibly inland where they may use that money to restock populations, but for those of us with a hook and a line to catch some dinner from the ocean?! I am all for having limits on fish, length restrictions, etc but to charge residents who already pay local, state and federal taxes to catch one darn fish is just another government way to aggravate us.

May I Chime in here? Those "License(s), ) Are if I'm Not mistaken, used to Improve ACCESS/BOATING RAMPS Addintionally PUBLIC ASSECS AREAS, and upkeep so such areas..... This is a Part of the Rec. Funds Lisense(s) are to go for...
Also purchasing, new access areas, (with the help of grants), to give US the Normal Fisherm/woman, an greater access to MORE Water(s)...
As if ANYONE ARE BULDING NEW PIERS ON OUR COAST AS OF LATE

WE NEED MORE *ENFORCEMENT* On our waters, check How many DMF Officers there are on Duty @ ANY one time, COMPARED to the Area(s) they have to cover, (square Miles)... It's ALOT.

If you have seen the "violations that I've seen ."everday", you would know what I mean..
There's out-right massive Poaching up-on Our Waters 24/7....It happens MORE OFTEN than you think...

Our elected leaders run for these jobs to set there agenda's, in these cases we have people who whould rather "protect" all species and eliminate fishing for all of us recreational fishermen, the only way to stop these fools is band toghter and fight. otherwise...bye bye fishing.

2 groups O worry about, that WANT to shutdown Fishing/Shellfishing...
Audubon Socitey
AND
Sea Turtle Groups, In other words, *Progressives**....
They want Beach access and Surf Fishing shut down..
