Every time the regulations change, everybody goes nuts. The Regs are not that complicated and the catch limits for recreational fisherman are reasonable enough to feed a family and still put a few in the freezer. I still go out and fish all day. It isn't illegal to catch more than your limit, it is illegal to keep more than your limit. It you want to get mad about the fishing regs get mad at CFPUA, big hog farms, golf courses and all the other polluters of our estuaries.
