ok, he was said to be found with drugs on Sept 13 during a raid of a convienience store on Carolina Beach road, why? I ask, was he not arrested then? I mean supposedly the drugs were on him, he is 18, an adult, and in possesion, is it the newpolicy of the WPD to search ya for substaances, then arrest at their leisure? Something is amiss here.....I would like to see a comment from the arresting officers to see their reasoning for the delay Can I be caught beating someone up today by the police, then expect them to \arrest me when they get around to it?
