dot got wires crossed well tell me how does that happen?? the only way that happens is if the supervisors don't tell the workers what is going on. So If you have major disasters how will you deal with it DOT. this bridge being closed was a test . YOU failed... widen the access on the exits to get to 74-76 from Isabell Homes bridge you do have room to do so and money. evacuating people will fail if you don't do something. the bridges are fine as long as they are open.
