@guest1971---Brunswick Novant Medical and Dosher Hospital are both acute care facilities in Brunswick County. However they are not a "Trauma Center", "Cardiac Center" or "Pediatric Center". NHRMC is the local referral center for most all critical patients in Southeast NC. Brunswick nor Dosher have the capabilities NHRMC does, such as a cath lab etc. So based on this information I would assume you would now understand the major difference.
