McCoy has every reason to distance himself from Berger. Everyone has a good reason to distance themselves from this ongoing unnatural disaster. Anyone with a brain is just going to wait him out until his term expires and then he'll be gone. For good.
Good idea to check out candidates more thouroughly prior to electing them. Too bad no one thought to check out a certain Wilmington mayor's background and business dealings prior to electing him.
