If this had been a REAL county employee, they would have been dismissed. How this person can continue to represent the County is beyond me!!! It is time for him to be votred out of office and run out of the County! Mr. Berger, I guess you have forgotten IT IS taxpayer dollars you are not returning and in tight budget times every dollar counts. PAY IT BACK
