WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- Candidates for New Hanover County Commission met for a second forum at WHQR-FM Tuesday night. Among the issues discussed were economic development, harmony among the members of the County Commission and regulation.

Next month, voters will choose three candidates for New Hanover County Commission. On the ballot are Democrats Jonathan Barfield, Robert Murray and Robert Zapple, and Republicans Beth Dawson, Derrick Hickey and Woody White.

WWAY'S Cacky Catlett was a panelist along with WHQR's Sara Wood. Rachel Lewis Hilburn, WHQR news director, was the moderator.

The candidates will take part in another forum at the New Hanover County Senior Resources Center Tuesday at 10 a.m. The forum will air on RTV 3.2 at 6:30 that night.
