If I or any other taxpayer owed the county more than $400 and paid only $160 I wonder if County Manager Chris Coudriet would be willing to waive the balance, I think not. If this guy isn't willing to or can't pay what he owes New Hanover county then maybe he should resign as a county commissioner.
