His faults dont excuse the self dealing and corruption tolerated for so many years by the Old establishment republicans. Titan, taxes and self dealing were here in NHC before him-and they will be here after him. The crap they tried to pull didnt happen because their faults and dishonesty far exceeds anything they could have brought up against him. Sandy Best, Beth Dawson and their ilk are not the most shining examples on either integrity or good politicos.
