Does it really matter whether its "holiday season". I don't think a person that was unemployed last month cares whether is "holiday season or not. To some, this Administration will never get credit for anything positive. Instead of being encouraged by some job growth in this country some rather find a way to tear it down, sounds like Fox News reporters.
