this is a public housing project.
When will the Wilmington Public Housing Authority stand up and begin evicting the tenants who allow such activities within public funded housing?
Go further. Residents convicted of felonies should be out on the street and not even considered for public housing.
Perhaps maintaining safe living facilities should be a factor considered when granting the Executive Director, or VP or whatever his title is, a salary increase.
