In my opinion just close Market Street for the duration of the service. It will bring some quiet time for the service and any inconvenience is justly warranted. People can plan their morning around it and as stated, there will be heavy pedestrian traffic. Closure for the duration will add some safety also. This is an event that I hope will not have to be repeated but it is an important one and should be treated with the utmost respect.
