This is the City Code Enforcement Division, right? The same morons that made the owner of Flips take down his 50+ year old sign, then called him to say he should have had a permit to take it down.
Their excuse for taking these signs down (from another news site): "We didn't realize they were election related signs." Well, they all had the word "Vote" on them, which should have provided some sort of a clue. Seriously, if you can't read, maybe you aren't qualified to be in a department that deals with signs.
