the sign removal and G W Bush will most likely be the reasons given by the tax and then spenders when the bond referendum goes down.
I can hardly wait until after 11/6 when the referendum fails; the City concedes it can not legally come up with the funds; and all parties involved part company so the Ripken Group can step in and build a first class facility without property tax dollars being put on the table.
