This is just what everyone needs another rate hike in a bad economy!We struggle to pay our electric now,my husband is disabled & we live off of his income.One of units is not working & we have no money to fix it.Beacuse of this our bill is running higher.We DO NOT need another increase!Please think of people like us that struggle every month!
