So the insurance mafia wants to charge us 30% more for our homeowners insurance, gas prices continue to climb, food prices continue to climb, and now the utilities mafia plans to raise rates by another 14%. Didn't they ask for a rate increase last year? Progress Energy should be ASHAMED! I thought there were laws to protect consumers from price gouging.
