Well, my goodness gracious. It seems that the good ol' boys that promoted the Duke Power, Progress Energy merger were tellin us that would make energy costs cheaper for consumers. Now when the merger is complete, that request the largest hike since 1987? Smells like a rotton cow on a hot day!
I guess we all knew the lies were there the whole time...they're going to do what they are going to do...
