If you call being sniped going to and while at school, constant rioting, buildings burning, and people being shot in the streets less threatening well, then, you weren't there to experience it. One could say this could be vaguely suspicious. Hhowever, if it is anything racial, too bad as race relations have come a long, long way since 1969-70. There are those, though, who like to keep stirring the pot. But let's hope not.
