I always wondered why the public doesn't vote on who our town manager should be! And I thought the only person that could drive a police car was a police officer. Why would they let him drive the car anyway? I would think the town of Chabourn's police would need it for police work around the town. Not for it to be gone to Raleigh all day. Makes no sense to me.
