Am I really reading that this "structure will be completed by the end of the year?" This year, 2012? That seems impossible. I wish it were true. I am sick and tired of part of Grace St. being blocked off and rarely do I ever see anyone working on the site. Don't get me wrong, I am all for more hotels downtown, but this is ridiculous. I am sure it is not the property owners fault, or the contractors fault, but most likely the great City of Wilmington, and their team of bureaucrats fault. I feel for the hotel owner, and I feel for the surrounding business.
