BOLIVIA, NC (WWAY) -- The cafeteria that provides the food for the Brunswick County Meals on Wheels program is back on track. As of today, the Aramark operated kitchen scored 97 by the Health Department. This score is high enough to be used by the program.
That score was the quite the improvement from the previous 85.5 score it received in September
Senior Resources Executive Director Jim Fish says the Meals on Wheels program will continue to ensure that the cafeteria stays up to grade. The program had been working with another group that catered for the meal deliveries until the cafeteria cleaned up its act.
