People like yourself are the problem the city is facing. It used to not be this way until everyone started moving here (primarily from north of here). It would be so nice if yall would just leave to we could enjoy the nice, beautiful, SOUTHERN town that Wilmington used to be when nobody but locals/natives lived here. I-40 West/I-95 North--Use It!
