Stumbling, bumbling drunks are nothing new to this town. We pride ourselves on a lack of decorum and self discipline. By the way, anyone who thinks it okay to be this intoxicated in public or anywhere else for that matter is just plain brain dead. This man is the main representative of our town, not to mention "old enough" to know better. The behavior smacks of a drinking problem. Unfortunately, drunk and stumbling is a popular way to spend time down here in woeful CB. Our dirty little secret. An island awash in booze and bad judgement.
