So ban the hunting of coyote in those 5 counties not state wide! The state needs the night time hunting of coyote and hogs if anything productive is going to be done about their population in our state. Coyote are VERY HARD TO HUNT, and are most active at night. We have been able to protect our livestock with the night time hunting rule. Dont pass a rule that protects the Red Wolf in counties where there are NO RED WOLF!
