This problem with electronic ballots is actually being reported all over the country! Unbelievable!
I would also like to question the Board of Elections in Pender County. In Pender County they REFUSE to look at proof of residence, ID or anything. They only request that you SAY your name and address and they repeat it back. I understand that in New Hanover County you must present proof of residence. What is to stop some groups committed to voter fraud from going to another Pender County location during the early voting and use their neighbor's name and address, or anyone else's for that matter?
