I'm all for preservation of the fountain...but lights and signs won't keep drunks from wrecking into it. Put money toward law enforcement and remove drunks from Market Street. It would make more sense to re-route the traffic altogether, return the fountain to its original size and glory, and let the intersection serve as a mini-plaza park.
