On February 7 a New Hanover County health inspector paid a visit to Mineh Sushi at 419 S. College Rd. The report shows eight violations. The inspector reports workers stored dirty dishes as if they were clean: a five point violation. Another offense: food stored on the floor. Improper storage: two and half points. The inspector reports a lot of non-food contact surfaces like tables sinks, hoods and shelves all needed a good cleaning. An 85 for Mineh Sushi. We'll see how they do next time.
