I don't see the need to keep up the park when the whole town of Chadbourn is falling apart. I remember the beautiful little town of Chadbourn back in the 1960s and 70s. When I ride through the main street of Chadbourn I want to cry. It is a slum. Why invest in a park that is used more by the cracks addicts than the children when you are allowing the whole town to go down? Now the former mayor of Chadbourn is going to represent us in Raleigh. Ride through and see how much he did for Chadbourn.
