My oldest daughter broke both legs in a car wreck 7 yrs ago due to the step-mother not having her wear her seatbelt, my youngest daughter was not wearing hers (she stumped her big toe) and the stepmoms 1yr old was strapped into his carseat but the carseat was not seatbelted into the car. We were very lucky none of the kids died in the accident. Same situation, she ran a stop sign. I don't understand why parents/ step-parents don't take every measure possible to protect a child. Our vehicles don't move until everyone is strapped in. Feel sorry for the parents, but they should of protected their kids. BUCKLE UP!!!
