It's is nice to know that you were in the car and you know for a fact that he DID NOT make the children buckle up. So you should be charged as well. No one knows the situtation inside that car but the family and the good lord himself. I know for a fact I have secured my children numerous times to only discover they have unfastened themselves and never said a word. That includes a 3yr old in a booster. And I do live in the real world and deal with these scenes everyday. This father is paying for his mistake in the worst way imaginable, if in fact he made one. I am also a very good friend of the other family involved which have done nothing but extend their deepest sympathy to the Mondragon family. You should worry more on obeying Gods law...thou shall not judge!
