Why on earth does NCDOT allow left turns out of the truck stop at the base of Isabel Holmes bridge? From this article, I'm not sure if thats what happened.
Still, left turns out of this business, onto a six lane (four straight, two turn) 55 mph major highway - at an intersection - are very, very dangerous.
Why???
