As a citizen of Wilmington, I would like to know why he was out on bail, able to get a gun and rob more people? Law Enforcement did their job, and continues to do it by doing their best to patrol and protect us. It seems the young men around here are committing crimes for what reason? Are you guestioning the parents, why are these young people out late at night walking in neighborhoods scouting the next target, law abiding people can't even walk around in their neighborhoods. We need help in this little town. It's going down the drain.
