the DOI Commissioner failed to announce the BCBS rate increase until after the election for fear it might impact his re-election campaign.
the DOI Commissioner could not schedule public hearings on the 30% homeowner insurance rate increase until June, 2013.
Now add in Federal participation. Can anyone identify a Federally run program which really works. Provides expected or better services and stays within budget?
