@BigWhiskey. Way off base with your comments. Doing business with the City by providing them with products or services at competitive rates, is not close to what the City was trying to do with the Tax Payers and Tax Payers monies. The City even went so far as to give Mandalay an exclusive agreement.
Hey,BIGWHISKEY - are you the same person who signed onto the VoteNO web site in order to secure information for the Yes group through the VoteNo e-mail traffic? When you were exposed I recall extending you an invitation to remain on the e-mail list, but never received a response. Still want to be on the list?
