Survey? How much is this going to cost? Isn't this the same guy who hired the expensive chick from the water authority? Then bought himself a $25 grand office makeover? Then tried giving our trash revenue to a NJ company. Fired the volunteer firefighters and hired more full-time ones? He sure can spend my hard earned money.
